The DM7275 Precision DC Voltmeter is designed for engineers who need consistent, high accuracy DC voltage measurement from early research stages through full scale manufacturing. Delivering a 7 and a half digit resolution with a guaranteed one year accuracy of 20 ppm, the DM7275 supports precise evaluation of lithium ion batteries, electrical double layer capacitors, electric vehicle components, and other advanced electronic devices.

Accuracy and Calibration Stability

At the heart of the DM7275 DC Voltmeter is a highly stable internal voltage reference constructed from components that have passed Hioki’s strict long term evaluation process. This reference works in combination with Hioki’s fully automatic self calibration technology to maintain measurement accuracy over time. The result is dependable performance without the need for frequent manual recalibration, even in demanding production environments.

Temperature Compensation Advantage

Voltage measurements in lithium ion batteries are highly sensitive to temperature changes. A shift of just one degree can cause microvolt level variations that impact test accuracy. The DM7275 DC Voltmeter addresses this challenge by measuring voltage and temperature simultaneously. Using registered temperature coefficients, the instrument converts measured values into standardized temperature compensated voltages, allowing engineers to evaluate true electrical behavior regardless of ambient conditions.
