Description

High-Fidelity PXI Signal Amplifier

The Tabor 9250 Dual-Channel Amplifier is a versatile dual-channel amplifier engineered for precision lab applications. It can operate as two independent single-ended channels or as a differential amplifier with one input driving both outputs in a 180° phase relationship. This flexibility allows seamless integration with PXI-based waveform generators, providing high-fidelity amplification for demanding applications.

Powerful Bandwidth and Output Performance

The 9250 offers large signal bandwidths up to 15MHz and small signal bandwidths reaching 30MHz. With amplitude output up to 40Vp-p into high impedance, it ensures strong signal delivery without compromising fidelity. The 200V/µs slew rate supports fast waveform transitions, while low distortion maintains signal integrity. When operating in differential mode, output impedances are configurable for 50Ω, 75Ω, or 600Ω loads, ensuring compatibility with a variety of devices under test.

Flexible Configuration and Auxiliaries

Users can customize gain from x10 to x20 (factory consultation recommended for gain above x15), input and output impedances, and output configuration. Additional rear-panel inputs allow summation of two signals and external DC offset control, enhancing the amplifier’s adaptability for lab setups and complex testing scenarios. The compact 2U form factor can stack with Tabor generators or fit into standard 19” racks, maximizing workspace efficiency.

Ideal for Lab and PXI Systems

The 9250 amplifier is perfect for high-voltage, wide-bandwidth applications requiring precise signal amplification. Whether paired with PXI waveform generators or used as a standalone lab amplifier, it delivers accurate, stable, and configurable outputs, supporting advanced testing, research, and development activities.
