Description

Differential Probe 9322 for Advanced High Voltage Testing

The Differential Probe 9322 is engineered to provide flexible and accurate high voltage measurements when paired with Hioki Memory HiCorders. Designed to handle complex electrical environments, this probe combines three measurement functions into one solution, allowing engineers and technicians to analyze waveforms, noise, and RMS values without changing equipment.

In DC mode, the Differential Probe 9322 enables floating measurement of high voltage waveforms. This makes it ideal for observing potential differences that include common mode voltages, such as those found in IGBT circuits and inverter systems. With a wide frequency response up to 10 MHz, the probe captures fast switching behavior and transient events with clarity.

For power quality and noise analysis, AC mode allows detection of high voltage surge noise commonly present on commercial power lines and industrial equipment. This mode is well suited for identifying surge events generated by motors, solenoids, and switching devices. The built in low frequency cutoff ensures that only relevant high frequency noise components are captured.

The RMS mode provides rectified RMS output for both DC and AC voltages. This feature is especially useful for evaluating inverter outputs and power line conditions where stable RMS values are required for analysis or documentation. The probe delivers fast response times, supporting efficient troubleshooting and verification work.

Safety and usability are central to the design of the Differential Probe 9322. It supports high voltage inputs up to 2000 V DC and complies with CAT II and CAT III ratings depending on the connection method. Multiple power supply options allow flexible integration with various Hioki Memory HiCorder models, making it adaptable to both laboratory and field environments.

With its compact form factor, reliable accuracy, and multi mode measurement capability, the Differential Probe 9322 is a practical solution for professionals who need dependable high voltage measurement across a wide range of applications.
