The VT1005 Divider achieves ±0.08% accuracy at DC, ±0.04% at 50/60 Hz, and ±0.17% at 50 kHz, ensuring highly reliable results across a wide range of frequencies. Its measurement band spans DC to 4 MHz, with exceptional amplitude flatness (±0.1% up to 200 kHz) and phase flatness (±0.1° up to 500 kHz), allowing detailed evaluation of both fundamental and switching frequency components in high-efficiency inverters.
