The RM3545A Resistance Meter redefines precision resistance measurement for production and development environments. Capable of measuring ultra-low resistance values from 1 nΩ to 1200 MΩ with a resolution of 1 nΩ, the RM3545A ensures every weld, busbar, and electrical connection meets exacting quality standards. Its 0.045% basic accuracy and 1 A maximum testing current allow for highly reliable low-resistance measurement, enabling the detection of minute differences between good and defective welds.

A key feature of the RM3545A is its Offset Voltage Compensation (OVC), which corrects for errors caused by electromagnetic force (EMF) in low-resistance measurements. Coupled with its temperature correction (TC) functionality, the meter automatically adjusts readings to a reference temperature, providing precise and consistent results regardless of environmental variations. This ensures fast, accurate pass/fail judgments on production lines without waiting for cooling periods.

For multi-channel testing, the RM3545A-2 can integrate up to two Z3003 Multiplexer Units, allowing up to 20 channels via the four-terminal method. When combined with the SW1002 Switch Mainframe, it can handle up to 132 channels, making it ideal for automated systems requiring 100% inspection. Its high path resistance tolerance allows seamless integration into complex test setups without concerns about wiring or contact resistance.
