Versatile Dual-Channel Operation
Available in both single and dual-channel configurations, the TG251xA series (25MHz models) and TG501xA series (50MHz models) let you choose the right frequency range for your needs. Each channel operates independently or in coupled/tracking modes, offering precise phase control down to 0.001°. This level of control is essential when matching signals across multiple channels or simulating complex real-world conditions.
Precision and Clarity in Waveform Generation
With a resolution of 14 digits or even down to 1µHz, these function generators provide an exceptionally high level of precision. The built-in library includes a wide range of standard waveforms such as sine, square, ramp, pulse, sin(x)/x, noise, exponential, logarithmic, and PRBS. For advanced users, custom arbitrary waveforms of up to 128K points can be generated at sample speeds up to 125MS/s, with replay rates up to 80MHz. A large graphic LCD displays text and waveforms simultaneously, ensuring that you can monitor your output in real time.
Advanced Modulation and Remote Control
The TG251xA/501xA series features comprehensive internal and external modulation capabilities, including AM, FM, PM, PWM, FSK, BSPK, and combined sum modulations, enabling you to simulate real-world communication signals or test complex systems. In addition, the instrument supports both local control and remote operation via USB and LXI compliant LAN interfaces. Optional GPIB connectivity further enhances its utility in automated test systems. With the Waveform Manager Plus software, users can quickly create, store, and recall multiple waveform configurations from a USB flash drive and integrate seamlessly into laboratory setups.
