SW1001 Switch Mainframe for High-Precision Multi-Channel Battery Testing

The SW1001 Switch Mainframe from Hioki is an essential solution for laboratories and production facilities needing efficient multi-channel battery testing. By housing up to three SW9001 or SW9002 Multiplexer Modules, the SW1001 enables simultaneous measurement of OCV, internal resistance, external potential, and low-frequency AC impedance for battery cells up to 60 V DC.

Designed with precision in mind, the SW1001 reduces measurement errors across channels by minimizing magnetic flux interference and separating source from sense signals. This circuit-friendly design ensures high accuracy for impedance measurements, with an effect as low as 0.01% full scale when paired with BT4560 battery testers.
