Description

Hioki CT6700 Current Probe for Accurate Micro-Current Observation

The Hioki CT6700 Current Probe delivers exceptional precision in measuring currents as low as 1 mA up to 5 A, making it the perfect tool for engineers and researchers dealing with low-power devices, switching power supplies, inverters, and motor controllers. Its flat bandwidth of DC to 50 MHz ensures that both transient and steady-state currents are captured with high fidelity, allowing for accurate waveform analysis across a wide frequency spectrum.

High Signal-to-Noise Ratio

Hioki-manufactured Hall elements enable the CT6700 to maintain a high signal-to-noise ratio, ensuring even micro-current waveforms are clearly visible without relying on external filtering. The probe minimizes interference from nearby high-current lines through its high-permeability magnetic shielding, which reduces the effects of electric fields on measurements.

Easy Operation and Safety

The probe includes a one-touch BNC connector for easy connection and safe detachment from oscilloscopes or Memory HiCorders. Automatic zero-adjustment and demagnetization can be performed with a single button, canceling residual signals and magnetic fields to guarantee repeatable and accurate measurements.

Optional Power Supply for Extended Use

When power is unavailable from the connected Memory HiCorder or oscilloscope, optional Power Supplies 3269 or 3272 can be used to maintain stable performance during continuous measurements. The CT6700 is built for precision, reliability, and convenience, making it an essential tool for waveform observation and low-current analysis.
