With a switching speed of under 100µs, the LS3081B minimizes downtime between frequency hops, allowing faster sweep rates and maximizing measurement throughput. This capability is critical in automated test equipment (ATE) environments, reducing testing costs while ensuring accurate, repeatable results.

The LS3081B delivers a phase noise of -138 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz (10 kHz offset), ensuring clean, stable signals for precision measurements.
