Signal Integrity and Precision

The LSX1491X guarantees superior signal integrity across its entire frequency range. It achieves low phase noise performance of -133 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz (10 kHz offset), with harmonics at -50 dBc and non-harmonics at -90 dBc. Coherent operation ensures precise phase alignment, supporting high-performance DAC/ADC clocking and critical RF measurement systems.

Fast Frequency Switching for Advanced Testing

With frequency switching under 10 µs, the LSX1491X reduces dead time in automated testing, improving throughput and efficiency. Pulse modulation features fast rise/fall times (<15 ns) and a high on/off ratio (~70 dB), ensuring precise radar and electronic warfare applications.
