Description
The CDG 7000 Conducted Immunity Test System is an advanced solution for evaluating immunity to conducted disturbances induced by high-frequency fields, covering the range of 10 kHz to 400 MHz. Designed in compliance with IEC/EN 61000-4-6, IEC 61326-3-2, NAMUR, and ISO 11452-4 (BCI tests), this compact system integrates all essential modules into one affordable unit, eliminating the need for multiple instruments.
At its core, the CDG 7000 includes a high-performance RF signal generator, a dedicated RF power amplifier, a 3-channel RF voltmeter, and a built-in directional coupler. This configuration ensures precise measurement of forward, reverse, and test voltages while simplifying the setup process. Unlike traditional methods requiring antennas and shielded rooms, the CDG 7000 induces interference directly into cables through coupling networks and tongs, enabling efficient and repeatable testing while keeping the device under test in its functional position.
Users can choose from different amplifier models:
- CDG 7000-25: 25 W, 100 kHz – 250 MHz
- CDG 7000-75: 75 W, 100 kHz – 400 MHz
- CDG 7000-75-10: 75 W, 10 kHz – 250 MHz
- CDG 7000-E: External amplifier integration
The system supports USB, LAN, and optional GPIB interfaces for smooth integration into automated test setups. Its HELIA 7 software provides reporting, EUT monitoring, and optional BCI functionality. Additional features include temperature monitoring, external modulation inputs, SCPI command compatibility, and expandable configurations with external amplifiers.
Built in a rugged 19” desktop case, the CDG 7000 is lightweight (approx. 11 kg) and backed by a 3-year warranty, making it ideal for laboratories, certification bodies, and in-house compliance testing in industries such as automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, medical electronics, and power generation.
