Description
CT PCB Current Transducers with 0-FLUCS Technology
The CT PCB Current Transducers are designed to deliver accurate and reliable current measurement in compact electronic systems. Built with advanced 0-FLUCS closed loop fluxgate technology, these transducers provide highly stable performance for monitoring both DC and AC currents.
The closed loop sensing architecture allows the CT PCB Current Transducers to achieve excellent linearity and extremely low noise levels. This advanced sensing approach ensures highly accurate current measurement while maintaining minimal temperature drift during long term operation.
The CT PCB Current Transducers series includes three models designed for different current ranges. The CT-13 measures currents up to ±13 A with a transformation ratio of 1:250. The CT-26 supports ±26 A with a transformation ratio of 1:500. The CT-52 handles ±52 A with a transformation ratio of 1:1000. These options provide flexibility for engineers designing precise current monitoring systems across various power levels.
Current Transducers with Flexible Output Options
The CT PCB Current Transducers are available in both current output and voltage output configurations to support different system architectures. The standard models provide a secondary current output for precise signal measurement and integration into advanced control circuits.
Voltage output versions including CT-13V, CT-26V, and CT-52V feature an integrated low temperature coefficient shunt resistor and a low noise amplifier. This design converts the measured current signal into a stable voltage output that can be easily interfaced with data acquisition systems, monitoring devices, and digital controllers.
Galvanic isolation between the primary current path and the secondary measurement circuit ensures safe operation when measuring currents in systems operating at different electrical potentials. This isolation also simplifies integration when the transducers are used as feedback elements in regulated power supplies.
Power Electronics and Industrial Testing
The compact PCB mount design of the CT PCB Current Transducers makes them an ideal solution for space constrained electronics and embedded monitoring systems. Their through hole mounting structure allows easy installation directly onto printed circuit boards while maintaining reliable electrical connections.
These transducers are widely used in applications that demand high accuracy current monitoring. Typical applications include electric vehicle battery testing, calibration laboratories, industrial test stands, and precise AC mains monitoring systems.
The CT PCB Current Transducers are also suitable for extremely stable regulated power supplies and power inverter systems where accurate current feedback is essential for maintaining performance and efficiency. Compared with traditional Hall effect sensors, these transducers offer superior precision, lower noise, and improved long term stability.
With their compact form factor, high precision measurement capability, and robust design, the CT PCB Current Transducers provide a dependable solution for engineers developing advanced power electronics, testing systems, and industrial monitoring equipment.
