The CT-3000 Current Transducer is designed to provide highly accurate measurement of both DC and AC currents in advanced testing and industrial environments. Built on the proven 0-FLUCS fluxgate technology, the device operates with a closed loop sensing principle that delivers superior measurement accuracy and long term stability.

This advanced technology enables the CT-3000 Current Transducer to achieve extremely low noise performance, excellent linearity, and minimal temperature drift. These characteristics make the device ideal for applications where precise current measurement and long term reliability are essential.

With a maximum bipolar primary current rating of ±3000 A, the CT-3000 Current Transducer is capable of monitoring very high current levels while maintaining exceptional measurement precision. The transform ratio of 1:2000 converts large primary currents into a precise secondary signal that can be easily processed by monitoring systems, instrumentation, and feedback control circuits.

Current Transducer with Flexible Output Configurations

The CT-3000 Current Transducer is available in two different output configurations to accommodate a wide range of measurement systems. The standard CT-3000 version provides a precise secondary current output that is suitable for high accuracy instrumentation and power supply feedback systems. The CT-3000V version offers a buffered voltage output for simplified connection with data acquisition systems and monitoring equipment.

The voltage output configuration includes an integrated low temperature coefficient shunt resistor and a low noise amplifier inside the device. This design ensures stable voltage signals and reduces the need for additional signal conditioning components.

Galvanic isolation between the primary and secondary circuits enables safe current measurement even when the primary circuit operates at different electrical potentials. This isolation also simplifies integration when the CT-3000 Current Transducer is used as a feedback element in high precision regulated power supplies.
