Description
The DYN 8WD I-30t Dynamometer integrated into TT 16.0-30t Turntable is engineered for high-capacity vehicle testing in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and absorption chambers. Combining a robust 30-ton dynamometer with a 16-meter turntable, it enables precise and safe testing of heavy vehicles while maintaining EMC compliance.
The dynamometer features adjustable axle length and width (900 mm to 2700 mm) to accommodate different vehicle configurations. It provides a maximum vehicle speed of 120 km/h, ideal for automotive, bus, and industrial vehicle testing. Each of the six asynchronous servomotors per axis (50 kW each) delivers rated torque of 340 Nm, with a maximum torque of 794 Nm. The system includes rectifier and regeneration functions for advanced load simulation.
The turntable is designed for flush-mounted installation in electromagnetic absorption chambers. It supports rotational speeds from 0.1 to 0.5 rpm with high precision (+/- 0.5°) and features an acceleration/deceleration ramp for smooth start and stop, ensuring vehicle safety. The integrated emergency switches, limit switches, and positioning sensors further enhance operational safety.
Controlled by the Maturo DynSoft software, the system allows full automation and monitoring of vehicle testing, including speed control, force measurement, friction, and distance tracking. The software supports advanced simulations such as uphill/downhill driving, ABS/ESP testing, and road load simulations. The fiber-optic-connected industrial PC provides a robust interface for remote operation and real-time data collection.
This integrated solution ensures minimal electromagnetic interference, robust mechanical performance, and high safety standards, making it suitable for automotive manufacturers, testing labs, and EMC compliance facilities worldwide.
