Description

The Hioki Impedance Analyzer IM7581 is a high-speed, high-accuracy solution for measuring electronic components across a wide frequency range of 100 kHz to 300 MHz. Notably, with a top analog measurement time of just 0.5 ms, it’s optimized for high-volume production lines, particularly for testing ferrite chip beads and chip inductors.

When paired with the IM9201 SMD Test Fixture, it supports precise, reliable measurements across six SMD sizes. Moreover, the compact half-rack design and palm-sized test head make it easy to integrate into production environments.

Among its key functions, the analyzer includes a Contact Check Function to ensure stable connections and a Comparator Function for automated PASS/FAIL judgments. In addition, the Analyzer Mode allows for detailed frequency, level, and time interval sweeps using the RF I-V method, thereby delivering consistent and repeatable results.
