LSX2091B Signal Generator

The LSX2091B Signal Generator is a high performance 20 GHz single channel microwave signal source designed for modern RF and microwave testing environments. As part of the Lucid-X platform, it combines low phase noise, ultra fast switching speed, and flexible modulation capabilities in a compact benchtop design. Engineers working in radar development, aerospace systems, electronic warfare, and advanced laboratory research rely on this instrument for precise and repeatable signal generation.

Signal Integrity

Signal purity is essential in high frequency applications. The LSX2091B Signal Generator delivers excellent phase noise performance with -148 dBc/Hz at 100 MHz, -133 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz, and -114 dBc/Hz at 10 GHz, all measured at 10 kHz offset. Harmonics are controlled at -50 dBc and non harmonics remain below -90 dBc. This level of spectral purity ensures accurate measurements in local oscillator applications, intermodulation distortion testing, and high performance DAC and ADC clocking systems.

Control and Integration

The LSX2091B Signal Generator integrates easily into automated test systems. It supports SCPI and VISA standards and connects via LAN, USB, or SPI interfaces.
