Signal Integrity and Spectral Purity

The LSX4091D sets a benchmark in signal fidelity, delivering exceptionally low phase noise: -148 dBc/Hz at 100 MHz, -133 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz, and -114 dBc/Hz at 10 GHz (10 kHz offset). Harmonics are maintained at -50 dBc and spurious signals at -90 dBc, ensuring clean, stable output crucial for Local Oscillators, high-performance DAC/ADC clocking, and intermodulation distortion measurements.

Advanced Modulation Capabilities

This microwave generator supports AM, FM, PM, Sweep, and Pulse modulation. Frequency Modulation (FM) achieves deviations up to 10 MHz at rates up to 1 MHz. Amplitude Modulation (AM) provides linear depth up to 90% at rates up to 100 kHz, and Phase Modulation (PM) reaches peak deviations of 360 degrees.
