The Memory HiLogger LR8450-01 is a next-generation wireless data logger designed to meet the demands of modern automotive, e-mobility, and industrial testing environments. Combining ultra-fast 1 ms sampling with modular plug-in and wireless units, it allows engineers to expand measurement channels up to 330, providing a highly flexible and scalable solution for complex testing scenarios.

This wireless model is ideal for collecting data in locations that are difficult to access or where wiring is impractical. By registering up to seven wireless modules, users can monitor voltage, strain, temperature, and resistance signals without extensive cabling. Its high noise resistance ensures stable data logging even in high-voltage and high-frequency environments, such as around inverter motors or battery systems.

The LR8450-01 can measure stress on moving parts using directly connected strain gauges at 1 ms intervals, enabling accurate analysis of brakes, robotic equipment, and other mechanical components. Temperature and heat flow monitoring near inverters or battery packs is simplified with compatible voltage/temperature and heat flux sensors. Real-time data can be observed remotely via PC or tablet using the built-in HTTP and FTP servers, and centralized instrument management is available through Hioki’s GENNECT Cloud and GENNECT One software.
