The XJTAG PXI-XJLink2 JTAG Controller is a professional-grade test solution that integrates seamlessly into PXI and CompactPCI® systems, bringing the power of XJTAG to modern automated test environments. Seamless PXI Integration

Flexible and Configurable Interface

The 20-way connector on the PXI-XJLink2 is fully configurable, allowing users to adapt pin-outs to their specific PCB requirements. This simplifies cabling and streamlines test setup. Spare pins can be reassigned as general-purpose I/O for additional tasks, such as resetting boards or performing fast Flash programming.

Built-In Measurement Tools

Every I/O pin includes a voltage meter (0–5 V) and a frequency counter (1 Hz–200 MHz) with selectable measurement periods. Combined with adjustable termination and auto-skew control, these features ensure maximum performance even when working with non-ideal signal conditions.
