With a broad temperature range of -65°C to +175°C, ThermoSpot supports precise control across demanding test environments. Its flexible thermal probe, equipped with an interchangeable ThermoBridge™, ensures a secure and efficient connection directly to your device under test (DUT), whether in-circuit or socketed. This design enables repeatable and stable testing, reducing downtime and improving accuracy.
