Description
The TT 1.0 PF Turn Table is engineered to provide high-precision rotational control for devices under test in EMC and RF laboratories. Designed for freestanding installation on chamber floors, it offers a reliable platform for electromagnetic testing in absorption and anechoic chambers. The carrier plate is constructed from rigid PVC integral skin-foam sheets, providing durability while minimizing electromagnetic interference.
With a diameter of 1.0 m and a height of 190 mm, the turntable can safely carry loads up to 100 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of test objects, including large antennas and measurement devices. A central 50 mm opening allows easy insertion of power supply or test cabling without disrupting rotational functionality.
The TT 1.0 PF features an adjustable rotational speed ranging from 0.1 rpm to 2.5 rpm and a rotating angle of -200° to 400°, providing flexible positioning for precise measurement and calibration. Positioning accuracy is ±0.5°, ensuring repeatable and reliable results. Its synchronous servo motor, combined with a toothed belt and worm gear drive, guarantees smooth and stable rotation during testing.
For automated testing workflows, the turntable integrates with FCU3.0 or NCD Controllers via LAN (TCP/IP). This enables precise remote control of speed, angle, and position, enhancing lab efficiency. With a total weight of approximately 25 kg, the turntable is portable yet robust, suitable for automotive, industrial, telecom, and research applications.
