LSX1491D Microwave Generator
The LSX1491D 14GHz Single Channel Microwave Signal Generator Module delivers high-fidelity RF signals for demanding applications in lab, production, and field environments. Signal Integrity and Purity
The LSX1491D sets a benchmark in spectral purity. It provides ultra-low phase noise across its operating range, including -133 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz (10 kHz offset), -148 dBc/Hz at 100 MHz, and -114 dBc/Hz at 10 GHz. With harmonics at -50 dBc and spurious signals at -90 dBc, this generator guarantees clean, stable signals critical for high-precision measurements, Local Oscillators, DAC/ADC clocking, and intermodulation distortion testing.
Analog and Pulse Modulation
Equipped with advanced analog modulation capabilities, the LSX1491D supports AM, FM, PM, Sweep, and Pulse modulation. Frequency modulation provides deviations up to 10 MHz with rates up to 1 MHz. Amplitude modulation supports linear depth up to 90% at rates up to 100 kHz, while phase modulation offers a peak deviation of 360 degrees. The pulse modulation delivers a high on/off ratio (~70 dB) and ultra-fast rise/fall times under 15 ns, ideal for radar, electronic warfare, and secure communications testing.
