Description

Memory HiCorder MR8880 High-Voltage Waveform Recorder

The Memory HiCorder MR8880 is designed for maintenance engineers and field technicians who need to capture both high- and low-voltage signals with confidence and precision. Built for industrial environments, this compact data acquisition recorder combines high-voltage capability, complete channel isolation, and rugged durability in a single professional instrument.

At the heart of the device is its ability to accept direct input up to 600 volts. This allows safe measurement of three-phase power systems without the need for external attenuators or complex wiring. With CAT III 600 V isolation performance, the instrument is well suited for measuring 480 V power lines, motor startup currents, and voltage drops during power disturbances.

The recorder features four completely isolated analog channels. This design enables simultaneous measurement of all three phases of a power line while keeping one additional channel available for auxiliary signals such as control voltage or sensor output. Because each channel is isolated from the others and from ground, engineers can perform mixed-voltage measurements without the risk of short circuits or ground loops.

The Memory HiCorder MR8880 is built for real-world maintenance work. Its operating temperature range from minus 10 to 50 degrees Celsius ensures stable performance in cold outdoor sites and hot industrial panels. The rugged enclosure, equipped with protective side bumpers, is engineered to withstand mechanical shocks and continuous vibration during transport and use in the field.

Advanced trigger and pre-trigger functions allow accurate capture of transient events. Engineers can record motor startup currents, detect voltage drops during outages, and analyze PLC timing signals with confidence. Built-in cursor and numerical analysis tools make it easy to identify peak values and critical timing points directly on the instrument.

With its combination of high-voltage input capability, safe isolated channels, and durable construction, the Memory HiCorder MR8880 is an ideal solution for power maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial waveform analysis.
