The XJTAG XJLink-PF40 JTAG Controller is a versatile, portable, and electrically robust test controller designed for engineers who need a reliable, high-speed connection between their test system and Unit Under Test (UUT). Featuring 40 user-definable I/O pins and the ability to run up to eight JTAG chains simultaneously, the XJLink-PF40 is the perfect solution for advanced boundary-scan testing, flash programming, and production-line diagnostics.

High-Speed and Flexible Testing

With support for TCK clock frequencies up to 166 MHz, the XJLink-PF40 enables fast and efficient test execution. Each of the eight TAP chains can run at different frequencies, ensuring slower devices do not hold back faster ones. Automatic signal skew control further enhances test reliability, even across long ribbon cables.

Rugged and Portable Design

Built for both lab and industrial environments, the controller is housed in a durable extruded aluminium casing that resists physical damage while providing easy mounting options. Four independent programmable voltage levels (1.2 V to 3.3 V) ensure compatibility with a wide range of devices.

The XJLink-PF40 incorporates a built-in voltmeter and frequency counter across all pins. It supports input voltage measurement from 0 to 3.3 V and frequency measurements from 1 Hz up to 200 MHz, with selectable measurement periods. Visual indicators provide immediate feedback on test status.
